Once you have created a clip, it appears in the Clip List. From the Clip List you can drag it to a track to add to an existing arrangement of clips, or you can create a new track and start adding clips from scratch. The exact placement of clips in a track depends on whether the Edit mode is set to Shuffle, Slip, Spot, or Grid (see Edit Modes).

You can locate clips in the Clip List by typing the first few letters of their name (see Keyboard Selection of Clips).
